Home Stretch

Turned in my last assignment for the semester and have my last class tomorrow. Then a break for a few weeks until summer classes start on the 24th. Tomorrow there will be 11 days of work left!! Yay!! on Monday and Tuesday of next week I will go to Kenai as a chaperon for the 5th grade field trip to the Kenai Space Station. Should be interesting. Looking forward to being away from the classroom and doing something different but not sure how I feel about a three hour bus ride on a packed school bus with 5th graders. Jamie leaves Thursday for three weeks but then he will be home for three weeks at the end of May. The weather has been warm and sunny which will make it possible to do lots of yard work and outdoor activities. Looking forward to a relaxing weekend this weekend of possibly clothes shopping and heading to the library for stacks of books to start summer recreational reading.
