We signed the papers today to make an offer on this house and we should know by tomorrow night whether our offer has been accepted or not. Three bedrooms, one bath, on five acres so there is plenty of room to expand and grow! $164,000 and they pay $5,000 closing costs. Hopefully they will accept our offer and we can continue with the process. If all goes according to plan we should be posting on the 15th of next month and hopefully all moved in by the first part of December. Keeping fingers crossed!!
