Short week and little progress

Well the job posting for the school position has yet to become available, so as of yet I have not applied. Jamie has been in Casper this week for his last week of training. He got there Saturday and was able to spend most of Sunday visiting with grandma and Uncle Mike. I know they drove around, and went on a hike at Casper Mountain and then went to Mike's for dinner. It sounds like they had a good day and he said it sure beat sitting around the hotel all day. He will be coming home on Monday for a week and hopefully we will be able to go to a hockey game that week. There is a home game on Halloween so it might be fun if we can go so maybe I will have more pictures to post later. As for me, I've been filling time the best way I know how which has meant re-watching FRIENDS for the Nth time. I am almost done with Season 3 again. It a good way to pretend I have company in an otherwise quiet house when I get home. It's weird how for some reason watching or just having it on for background noise is more comforting sometimes than having anything else on the TV (except for maybe some music) Probably because I have watched them so many time they are familiar too me. Starting next week I will be meeting Rydeen (the 3rd-5th teacher whose classroom I work in and am hoping to get a job in) at the local sports complex two days a week for some walk/jog de-stress/brainstorming time. I already bought my punchcard. It will be nice to have someone to workout with, to add some variety to my routine, and who I know that for the most part I will be able to count on always meeting me there.
Today is the last day of school for the week. The kids have tomorrow and Friday off due to parent-teacher conferences so I plan on doing a girls movie day and a boys bowling day. Not a bad way to end the week.
