Last night and today were very blustery days with winds reaching almost 100 mph in some of the higher elevations. Thankfully it wasnt that bad at our house. Probably more like 30-40 mph winds but still enough to blow things around the yard, make sleet go sideways (which is what the cat is watching in this picture, with the occasional smack at the window as she tried to chase it) and the make the power go on and off throughout the day in most places. What little snow we had a few days ago has melted as temperatures have reached the mid 40s and it has become rainy which is where it might continue for awhile.
